Additionally, user who receive $600 or more in prizes in a calendar year is required to complete a W-9 tax form, which includes their Social Security number.

How we use it:
Information collected is used for contacting members, shipping products, and detecting fraud. The information on the W-9 form is used so that we can send you a 1099 tax form, as required by law. Your SSID is not shared with any third parties.

Cookies:
Cookies are used to remember login names and passwords, as well as track visits to advertisers so users can be credited for completing an offer. A user must have cookies enabled in order for offer completions to successfully be transmitted.
